Acceptable Use Policy

01Prohibited products

You may not sell, offer or promote:

• Illegal products or services, or products that require a licence you do not hold.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and dangerous or hazardous materials.
• Drugs, narcotics, unauthorized medicines and products with false health or "miracle" claims.
• Counterfeits, replicas and any product that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other rights.
• Stolen goods.
• Adult or sexually explicit content, and gambling.
• Tobacco, alcohol or other regulated products where they are prohibited or without the required authorization.

02Prohibited practices

• Misleading product descriptions, fake prices, fake discounts or fake reviews.
• Collecting personal data unlawfully, phishing or impersonation.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Placing fake orders, including on other merchants' stores.
• Attacking, overloading, scanning or scraping the Platform, or bypassing its limits and security.
• Reverse-engineering the Platform or reselling access to it.
• Using the Kllix name or logo to impersonate Kllix or suggest an endorsement.

03AI and automation

• Do not use AI assistants or Kllix AI to create illegal, deceptive, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not use MCP connections or automation to abuse the Platform, harvest data or exceed reasonable usage.
• You remain responsible for everything an AI assistant does in your store.

04Enforcement

If we find or are told about a violation, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate the account, and report illegal activity to the competent authorities. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.

05Report abuse

To report a store, a product or an abuse of the Kllix brand, write to support@kllix.net with as much detail as possible (links, screenshots).
