01Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and the stores you operate.

02Acceptable use

• Do not sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products.
• Do not use Kllix to send spam or collect data unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

03Your content

You own your products, images and store content. You grant Kllix a license to host and display it solely to provide the service.

04Delivery and payments

Delivery companies and payment providers are third parties. Kllix provides integrations but is not responsible for their services, delays or cash collection.

05Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Plan limits (orders, products, stores) apply as described on the pricing page.

06Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

07Liability

Kllix is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
