Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Kllix collects when you use kllix.net, the Kllix dashboard and storefronts hosted on kllix.net, how we use it and the choices you have.
01Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number and business details you provide at sign-up.
- Store data: products, orders, customers and settings you create in your dashboard.
- Storefront order data: name, phone, address, wilaya and commune submitted by your customers.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser information and usage logs used for security and analytics.
02How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve the service.
- To process orders and send them to the delivery companies you connect.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and fake orders.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing and updates.
03Google user data
If you connect a Google account to use the Google Sheets integration, Kllix requests access to your basic profile (email) and to Google Sheets and Drive files you select or create through Kllix. This access is used only to list your spreadsheets and write order and abandoned-cart rows to the sheets you choose. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, never sold or shared, and never used for advertising. Kllix's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
04Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run Kllix (hosting, delivery companies you connect, payment processors such as Chargily, CAPTCHA providers) and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
05Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or a store, related data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your dashboard or by contacting us. See our Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
07Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Each merchant's data is stored in an isolated database.
