    Refund Policy

    We want you to be happy with Kllix. This policy explains when refunds are available.

    01Free plan

    The Starter plan is free, so you can try Kllix before paying anything.

    02First payment

    If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription.

    03Renewals

    Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

    04How to request

    Email us from the address linked to your account with your store name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
