General
What is Kllix?
Kllix is a cash-on-delivery ecommerce platform for Algeria, Libya and Tunisia. It gives you a storefront, order management, delivery integrations, fraud protection and marketing tools in one place.
Who is Kllix for?
Online sellers, from first-time merchants to established brands running several stores and ad campaigns.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is visual: choose a theme, add products and publish.
Which languages are supported?
Your dashboard and storefronts are available in Arabic, French and English, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
Store & themes
How many themes are available?
16 themes covering fashion, beauty, electronics, grocery, jewelry, kids, pets, automotive, digital products and more.
Can I change my theme later?
Yes. Switch themes at any time — your products and orders stay the same.
Can I use my own domain?
Every store gets yourstore.kllix.net for free. Paid plans let you connect your own domain.
Can I run several stores?
Yes. One account can manage multiple stores, each with its own settings.
Orders & delivery
Which delivery companies are supported?
33 integrations, including Yalidine, ZR Express, Maystro, Noest, Guepex and EcoTrack in Algeria, Vanex and Darb Assabil in Libya, and First Delivery in Tunisia.
Can I set delivery fees per wilaya?
Yes — per wilaya or per commune, or synced from your carrier when supported.
What is an abandoned checkout?
A customer who typed their phone number in the order form but didn't submit. Kllix saves it so you can call them and recover the order.
Can I print shipping labels?
Yes, for a single order or in bulk, as PDF.
Security
How does fraud protection work?
Each order is scored by up to 11 rules (blocklists, rate limits and behaviour signals). Depending on the score it's allowed, flagged, challenged with a CAPTCHA or blocked.
Will it block real customers?
Every rule can be turned on or off and thresholds are adjustable, so you stay in control. Flagged orders are still created for you to review.
Is my Google data safe?
Google tokens are encrypted at rest, used only to write to the sheets you choose, and deleted when you disconnect the account.
Pricing & billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes, the Starter plan is free.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay a flat subscription only.
How can I pay?
By CIB or EDAHABIA via Chargily in Algeria. Contact us for Libya and Tunisia.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no long-term contract.
