Delivery

Kllix integrates with 33 delivery services: 19 in Algeria, 9 in Libya and 5 in Tunisia. Once connected, confirmed orders become tracked parcels in one click.

Connect a delivery company

1. Go to Delivery → Companies.
2. Choose your carrier, for example Yalidine, ZR Express, Maystro, Noest, Guepex or EcoTrack in Algeria.
3. Paste the API credentials from your carrier account.
4. Click Test connection, then Save.

Credentials are stored per store, so each store can use its own carrier. You can also connect several carriers to one store.

Delivery fees

Fees are shown to the customer in the COD form, based on the selected wilaya and commune.

• Per wilaya — one price per wilaya, for home delivery and stop desk.
• Per commune — finer pricing when needed.
• Synced — import fees from your carrier when supported.

Create parcels

1. In Orders, select confirmed orders.
2. Click Ship and choose the carrier.
3. Kllix creates the parcels through the carrier's API and stores the tracking numbers.

Labels

Print shipping labels as PDF for one order or a whole batch from **Orders → Print labels**.

Status sync

Kllix pulls delivery statuses from the carrier in the background and records each change in the order timeline — shipped, out for delivery, delivered or returned.
