Google Sheets

The Google Sheets app exports your orders and abandoned checkouts to a spreadsheet automatically, the moment they are created.

Connect your Google account

1. Go to Apps → Google Sheets.
2. Click Connect Google account and sign in.
3. Allow Kllix to access the spreadsheets you choose.

You can connect several Google accounts. Tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

Create a sync

The setup wizard has four steps.

1. Choose the destination

Select an existing spreadsheet and tab, or create a new spreadsheet directly from Kllix.

2. Map your columns

Tick the fields you want to export and set their order. Available fields include:

• Order number and date
• Customer name and phone
• Wilaya, commune and address
• Products, quantities and variants
• Subtotal, delivery fee and total
• Confirmation and delivery status

Orders with several products are written cleanly on a single row.

3. Choose what to export

Export confirmed orders, abandoned checkouts, or both.

4. Choose the sources

Pick which stores and landing pages feed this sheet.

Syncing

New orders are pushed automatically as soon as they are created. To export immediately, click **Sync now** on the sync card.

Disconnecting

Click **Disconnect** next to the Google account. Kllix deletes the stored tokens and stops all syncs for that account. Rows already written to your spreadsheet stay in your Google Drive.
