Getting Started

Kllix is a cash-on-delivery ecommerce platform for Algeria, Libya and Tunisia. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first order.

Create your account

  1. Go to the Kllix sign-up page and create a free account.
  2. Confirm your email address.
  3. Choose your country and default currency (DA, LYD or TND).
The Starter plan is free. You can launch and receive orders before choosing a paid plan.

Create your first store

After sign-up, Kllix asks you to create a store. Give it a name and a subdomain — your store will be available at yourstore.kllix.net. You can connect your own domain later on a paid plan.

One account can manage several stores. Each store has its own theme, products, delivery settings and team.

Add your products

  1. Open Products → Add product.
  2. Add a title, description, photos and a price.
  3. Optionally add variants (size, color) and stock.
  4. Save — the product appears on your storefront immediately.

Pick a theme

Open **Store → Themes** and choose one of the 16 themes. Then open the builder to arrange sections and set your brand color and fonts. See [Store Builder](/docs/store-builder/).

Connect delivery

Open **Delivery** and connect your delivery company with its API credentials. Set delivery fees per wilaya or commune. See [Delivery](/docs/delivery/).

Receive your first order

Share your store link. When a customer fills in the COD form, the order appears in **Orders** in real time. Confirm it by phone, ship it, and track it until the cash is collected.
