Reducing fake orders in COD: a layered approach
Fake and duplicate orders burn delivery fees and agent time. Here is how a scoring engine stops them before they reach your dashboard.

Why fake orders hurt so much
Every fake order costs a confirmation call, sometimes a shipping fee and a return. At scale this silently eats your margin.
Layer 1 — hard blocks
Block known bad IPs, restrict countries and catch bots with an invisible honeypot field.
Layer 2 — rate limits
Limit how many orders one IP, phone number or device can place per hour and per day.
Layer 3 — risk signals
Score suspicious behaviour: forms submitted in under 3 seconds, the same phone ordering the same product twice in 24h, one device using many phones, VPNs. Kllix sums the scores and decides to allow, flag, challenge with CAPTCHA or block.
